NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that competitive Bids for the interior alterations and construction of an addition to the Town Hall Building is being requested by the Town of Carlton.
The Construction Work is for a new 990 square foot single-story, slab-on-grade, pre-engineered metal building as well as perimeter site work. A full description of the Work and Conditions of Work is available within the Contracting Documents.
A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified check will be required as well as a 100% Payment and Performance Bond.
A Single Prime, Stipulated Sum Bids are due Thursday, April 6, 2023, 1:45 pm local time. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The Town Board will review Bids and Contractor Qualifications in closed session at 6:00 pm with action on award of bids thereafter or at a regular meeting to follow.

Bidding documents can also be viewed at no charge at m-eplanroom.com or downloaded in .pdf format for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. Plan holders who have purchased or downloaded documents will be notified of any addenda.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that potential Prime bidders must submit a pre-qualification form to the Town Clerk minimum three business days prior to bid opening and only acceptable pre-qualified bidders will be considered for the construction Work. Prevailing Wage Rates are NOT applicable to this Project.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a voluntary Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Town Hall at 1:00 pm local time, Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
