BATHROOMS, TABLES AND CHAIRS TO SEAT 100. ELECTRIC OUTLETS FOR NESCO ROASTER OR OTHER WARMING UNITS. SEE REVERSE SIDE FOR RENTAL RULES AND GUIDELINES. RENTERS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN DISH CLOTHS.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Alcohol: Renter is responsible for abiding by the rules and regulations of the State of Wisconsin in regards to any aspect of alcohol use:
Cleaning: Renter is responsible to complete the cleaning of the Town Hall following the activity held:
• Tables and chairs returned to original positions.
• Floors swept and mopped.
• Restrooms floors mopped, wastebaskets emptied.
• Renter will need to furnish their own dish cloths. Kitchenette sinks and counter wiped down, floor swept.
• Town will furnish garbage bags. Recycling and solid waste bagged and taken with you.
• Ensure all cigarette butts are picked up outside.
• Ensure all lights are off.
• Lock front entrance.
Commercial Use: Any use of the building is subject to Town Board approval and charge.
FEES: Rental fee and security deposit must be paid in advance. Separate checks, payable

Snow Removal: If not already done the renter will be responsible for snow removal from the

On June 6th at 8:00P.M. the Carlton Board of Appeals will hold a variance meeting at the Carlton Town Hall. The Board of Appeals will hear a request by Bret Ritz, E3410 Nuclear Road to build a house with a set back greater that the Carlton ordiance allows.

County, Wisconsin, Assessor will hold an �Open Book� session
On Tuesday May 25, 2011 at the Town Hall from 7 to 9 p.m.
Board of Review will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2011
From 7:00 p.m. to 9: 00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing and
examining the Assessment rolls of the real and personal property.
Anyone wishing to appear before the Board of Review on June 2
must file a formal objection form with the Town Clerk at least 24
Hours prior to the Board of Review meeting. Objection forms are

for Cold Mix, Wedging, and Hot Oil Seal Coating on various town roads.
For specifications contact Supervisor Kenneth Paplham. 920-388-3251 Bidders must be pre-qualified.
Bids shall be mailed to Kenneth Paplham at E4095 Sandy Bay Road,
Kewaunee, WI 54216. They must be received by 5:00 p.m. on
Monday June 14, 2011

Town of Carlton, Kewaunee County
Board of Review will meet on the 11th day of May, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the Carlton Town Hall, N1296 Town Hall Road for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the thirty day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May pursuant to Sec. 70.47(1) of Wis. Statutes.
Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 24th day of June 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes. The assessment roll for the Year 2010 assessment will be open for examination on a later date in June, 2010, at the Carlton Town Hall. Please watch the Town Hall Door for future notices of Board of Review. Assessor will send out notices of changes with date of Board of Review along with date for examination or assessment roll.
Instructional material about the assessment and board of review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the board of review procedures under Wisconsin law.
